Constant weight ... how to reduce it ??
I want to lose weight .. the problem is past one month ago .. i am not able to lose at least 1 kg ... instead of following proper diet n exercises .. too

Please have your TSH and FreeT4 checked. Then you should start an aerobic exercise program. The best is running/jogging either outside or on a treadmill. Thirty minutes per day, at least 4-5 days per week. Also please drink 2L of water per day, that will also help burn calories.
