Constant unsettling feeling
I have been feeling like my heart is going to pop out my chest when I am relaxed or after I just ate. I feel faint and/or nauseas with a stomach ache or stomach cramps as well. It happens multiple times a day. I am a college student and I have changed my diet to eating healthier by at least 5/7 days I eat fish (fillet, salmon, tuna) I eat chicken only a few times, but not a lot of red meat (maybe once every other week). I hope this is clear enough for you to help.
