Constant typhoid fever

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I have been suffering from typhoid near about two months... There is no medicine effecting fever or to get typhoid ratio down I took too many widal test Bt in each. Test the ratio is increasing constantly I took treatment in Chandigarh and kangra.. bt no relief.. please suggest me where should I consult??????????
