Hi ! The symptoms u have narrated seems to be relating to gastric trouble, i.e indigestion. When there is excess of gas accumulation in the body, it needs to get out in the form of burps or flatus, when it doesnt happen, gas accumulates in the empty space in the body i.e stomach and sometimes chest, rarely other body parts, which causes loss of appetite i.e always a filled stomach or no desire to eat, and feels dyspnoea i.e short breath when the same gas passes to the chest.

try this - take plenty of water may be glass or 2 at a stretch and walk for sometime, 15 -20mins, the accumulated gas comes out as burps and clears ur stomach for a while, but if it repeats u may need to go for medication to stop excess production.

donot sleep immediately after eating, walk for sometime esp after dinner and habituate to have 2-3 glasses of water empty stomach after getting up from sleep, this improves ur digestion and prevents excess gas formation.
