Constant stomach ache and feeling nausea

I have been viral from last 3 days and not feeling hungry ,constant stomach pain and feeling nausea.upset tummy not willing to eat.taste bud is totally not woking

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Meftal-spas twice a day after food for 3 days.
