Iam going through troubles being happy and the more I try the more I fail.there are things that are bothering me that I can't discuss with anyone. I just burst out crying at any moment that causes even a little pain.whats wrong with me ?

When there are too many things to handle, our thinking becomes a little clouded and we feel we dont have sufficient resources to cope up with stress.
