FINDINGS:
No contrast extends to the subacromial bursa or subdeltoid bursa to
suggest a full-thickness rotator cuff tear. The biceps tendon and
glenoid labrum are normal. There is no tendon retraction or muscular
atrophy. There is some abnormal signal intensity within the posterior
bony glenoid inferiorly. There is no corresponding T1 abnormality.
This is of increased signal intensity on T2-weighted images. The
maximum dimension is 1.5 cm. There is no cortical destruction or soft
