My 90 yr old grandfather have a constant lower abdominal pain and urine problem since yesterday morning as he already have prostate related problem. Plz prescribe.

Tamsulosin(urimax).4 mg bed time once daily is a good drug for prostate problems.however it is advised to get clinical physical examination done by a urologist with full work up and take treatment accordingly
