I am feeling pain in the lower abdomen with acidic burp some time loose stool some time hard consulted local physician though advised omez and colospa 135 but of no use

Any histroy of weight loss and loss of appetite ? Any blood in the stool ? Stop colospa Tab normaxin 1 tab twice daily after food
