Constant pain in the left part of head
Its been 4 days m having a continuous pain in the left part of my head. It feels like someone is triggering my head from inside. I tried to sleep for long so as to decrease my ache but the pain remains the same. The pain is now travelling from the left part to the back side of the head. If i randomly get up from some place i get completely back out of 2-3 seconds.

Hi.... Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a headache. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on.
