Constant pain in my right knee
Hi, I am 35 year old. From last two weeks, I have been feeling constant pain in my right knee in morning after I wake up, Even it becomes difficult for me to walk proper at that time. I face same problem,When I sit on chair for long time. I don'thave previous medical history with my right knee.

Morning pain in a large joint without any significant history indicates that the knee muscle might be stiff or inflammatory changes in knee. Start on hot fomentation and knee stretching excercises. If not working well then clinical consultation is better.
