Constant pain in my back
I have alot of pain in my back for nearly over 4 years now i had mri scan and on the reports it states that i have a minor disc osteophytic bulge at the c5/ c6 level which produces no neural compression. i want to know what that is? and will my back get any better please

Hello Does u pain goes in ur arms.. Mainly neck pain is due to trapezitis and all the MRI findings r incidental.
Next Steps
can start isometric cervical strengthning.... traps strengthning.

Ur report says there is no neural compression.  But ur back is made up of not only disc and spinal cord.  But also muscle bones ligaments and joints. The cause of pain can be anything among this.  U need good rehabilitation through physiotherapy exercise.  Consult a spine surgeon near u.
