Constant pain in lower abdomen

Sir i am a female of 32 years old and i have constant pain in my lower abdomen. I got my blood test done in which my creatinine level is 1.0. There is also a foul smell in my urine as well with itching. Is there any risk to my kidneys?

Hello there... possible causes are,urinary tract infection,pelvic inflammatory disease, renal stones,constipation,pancreatitis, mesentric lymphadenitis etc... It may be muscular as well... So cause must be evaluated in detail...consult nearest surgeon for clinical examination and for investigations like ultrasound abdomen and pelvis etc...Consult them they will do the needful.
