I'm a 45 year old man and after my teenage acne, I still get breakouts because of an oily skin. The hair of my beard often grows inward and with an oily skin it causes lots of infection. I am very tired and frustrated because of my skin. Otherwise I am healthy and good. Can you give me advise on this terrible oily skin I have?
