Constant lower abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 5 week pregnant and i am suffering from lower abdominal pain daily when i stand half an hour continously the pain get started and i feel like muscles are streching and it was unbearable pain and from last two days i am facing vaginal white discharge so please let me know is it normal pregnancy symptoms or it is serious to concern about please help me out in this problem.

If u are having severe pain you need to do an ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy. Some amount of discharge and pain is normal. But if its severe get yourself examined by a gynaecologist
