Constant lower abdomen pain

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have lower abdomen pain from 2-3 days and also constipation. I am feeling very severe cramping at regular interval.I had gone through miscarriage in the month of November 2016. Now we r trying for second chance. I am in doubt whether it is a period pain or a pregnancy pain. My periods are still 5 days away. Please suggest.

Hello there...indigestion and gastritis might be the cause for your problem..other possible causes are,renal stones,constipation,pancreatitis, mesentric lymphadenitis etc... It may be muscular as well... So cause must be evaluated in detail...consult nearest surgeon for clinical examination and for investigations like ultrasound abdomen and pelvis etc...Consult them they will do the needful.
