Constant itching on my scrotum

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Have had frequent itching on my scrotum and googled the reason for the same. So I suspect it to be the two warts present on my scrotum. First question is how would it form there and can it pass to my partner? Second is would be nice if u can suggest a cream to get rid of the itching.I have warts all over my body. But why would it form on my scrotum
