Constant, intense itching

Asked for Male, 14 Years

I've had an itch, in my arms, and on my legs. Tiny bumps that I can feel in my triceps and lower leg. Also on the side of my buttocks. I have recently been to Baltimore. The itching started on the car ride there, when my arms were in the sun, and have persisted. It has been 3 or four days now.
