Constant headache & sore throat

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I can feel a terrible pain in my left head. Literally, it is not in the inside. I can feel 2 small bumps beside my nape. Had on & off fever for 5 days straight already. My fingers turn purple, during night especially if it's cold. I also have sorethroat that started 3 days after. Its like I'm swallowing a huge stone.

Please do complete blood count and consult. Meanwhile use betadine gargle for throat pain and tablet paracetamol 650 thrice a day for 3 days for fever and headache
