Constant headache & lump in neck
I've had a bad headache - throbbing - for 3 days now. This is accompanied by very blocked sinuses & post nasal drip & a sore throats and cough. The first 24-36 hours I couldn't stop sweating & ive also had to go to the bathroom to urinate more frequently. Today - 3 days after this sickness started I noticed a small peasized, movable lump near the base of my sternocleidomastoid (left side) and further up, a harder thicker lump on tendon that is very tender to touch

Please go to an ER immediately. You have already delayed going to an ENT Surgeon's clinic and things have further deteriorated!

Consult with your ent surgeon. You may need a course of antibiotics ( after an ENT surgeons opinion)
