Constant headache,irritation,violence
I am a medical student and facing problems with my family friends and ofcourse myself.my study are affected day by day because of the pressure given by our medical school.most of the time i feel lonely and doesnt want to talk to anyone....my eyes get filled by tears most of the times...my parents doesnt understand my mind state..most of the time my conversation end up fighting with anyone...please help me because i dont have so much of money..but really seeking for help.please help me

U have to control ur anger Irritation and channelise it to the constructive works.Apart from medical studies, sure u have some hobby or passion also.Try those hobbies,make time for them Make time for ur self.
