Constant headache,
I constantly have headaches, which sometimes make me cranky. I feel tired all the time and feel like sleeping. However, at times, I get up in the middle of the night feeling anxious, feeling all choked up. I don't enjoy my work and I feel depressed about things which don't concern me. I have become quite sensitive and things are taking a toll on me

I would suggest you to start meditation for atleast 15 mins daily, this will help you focus on the important things and remove the tiredness and simultaneously get rid of all the negativity including headache, crankiness and simultaneously the negativity at work and the feeling of depression will be taken care of. Give it two weeks, I promise. Also start exercising atleast for 30mins daily or go for a walk. Getting a hobby will also improve the quality of your life.
