Good day, i have some swellings in my neck 4 in total. 2 on each side and its been there since 2016. it has been causing me to have serious headaches nowadays. I already did hiv/aids test it was negative. i would like to know the cause and solution to it. Thanks

There isn't sufficient information to reach a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit a general surgeon so that the swelling can be evaluated and the necessary investigations are done such as FNAC, etc to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly.

After reading ur history. Pls get admitted in hospital .get all relevant investigations done for ur swelling. Since swelling is there from 2016. I would suggest u too get admitted in hospital under general surgery Department. U get ur investigations done . Ur v young pls dont delay.
