How to control daily headaches caused by stress ? Please suggest. I have acute headache daily.
Will brisk walk be useful ? I daily do breathing exercises for 15 minutes .As well as daily 40 minutes brisk walk

Yes exercise releases endorphins which are natural body painkillers..breathing mediation reduces anxiety/ stress...But Other than these steps you should look out to reduce stress in your life..Let me tell you stress is one of the important factors for depression ,anxiety, headaches etc that lead to decrease in functioning and overall quality of life...
