My wife was recently diagnosed with Tichotilomania and was referred to a Psychiatrist by the concerned dermatologist. Even though she is under the treatment of the learned Psychiatrist and had been taking the medicines regularly for more than a month, but her pulling of hair has not reduced leading to a huge hair loss and highly detoriating her Quality of life.
