  4. Constant fever. Fever. please guide!

Constant fever
My father is 75 years old... Since March he is having high fever... Various tests were done in April where his d dimer came out to be 3.78 and crp 482.7. He was even hospitalized under medication for same and than since past one and a half week his fever was under control but now again since yesterday his fever had started going up... He even get shivering at times during fever... Please guide
