Constant fever

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I've had fever since a week n I have been having medicine - dolo650 every four hrs along with antibiotics , if I miss the medicine even for 1 hr I get fever got test for malaria and typhoid done but both are negative. Consulted a doctor but no result still the same situation

timing of fever,any odr symptoms along wid fever like headache,rashes,joint pain,cough,sputum,color of sputum,loose stool , burning micturition ,pain abdomen ..tell if any of dese present.along wid dis send ur hemogram nd wat all antibiotics u hv taken
