Constant fever coming in evening

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Im female of age 23 years.i have low haemoglobin.im having fever and headache severely.went to doctor and result is i have low typhoid.after antibiotics taken again i having fever at night and headaches.test is done again report came as s type is 1:80,h type is 1:40.previous report h type is 1:60.now h type is 1:40.do i have typhoid
