Constant fever all through out the day

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I'm having fever since Saturday night. From yesterday I'm suffering from high fever. It was 104 deg at night yesterday and today also. I'm taking Crocin 650mg. I have taken 2 tablets since morning and still the fever is constantly there.
