I can empathize with you...See in Depression everything around appears to be Negative...It's the cognitive triad...Good you talked about it and now Talk to someone close about it... Exercise regular meals and sleep well will help...also Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case..goodluck
