Constant Fatigue

Dear doctor, I am finding that for last couple of months I am always tired and fatigued. I prefer to lie down whenever it is possible. I have a constant pain in the soles of my feet and find that I am not able to do the bare minimum of day to day work. Please advise Regards Sandeep Anand
