Ive been feeling so depressed that i cant even deny for almost a week now. it may not be long, but i surely know i need some help. cause i know myself pretty well which i usually have the capability to cope with my problems. however, this time, i dont even know how to tell people about how i feel. idk what should i do, where to start. i feel so lost and lonely.
