Constant coughing with phlegm
My wife had fever 1 week ago and we took paracetamol and fever was under control but she got a bad cough with phlegm. Now it’s been 4 days we are taking ranoxil antibiotic 500 mg , cough syrup for wet and chesty cough and nebulized with ventolin 1/2 ml . She is still coughing. She is 27

Hello Sir I can certainly understand your concern with regards to your wife. She possibly has significant lower respiratory tract infection.
Next Steps
As there is no response to first line Antibiotics, she requires higher Antibiotics to treat this Infection along with few blood and imaging tests.
