I have tried numerous nasal sprays, I have been tested negative for all appropriate allergies and even had a septaplasty, which did not work. Persistent nose block in your case might be due to hypertropied inferior turbinate, failed septoplasty, polyposis, adenoid hypertrophy. You have to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses to identify cause of nasal obstruction
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
