Constanly having pain and discharge

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I've been having white discharge and burning when going for a pee. I've been for a sexual health check and everything was negative. This has been ongoing for a few weeks now, I've also been having pain going from my testicle up to my stomach. I'm always tired and have lack of energy.
