Hello.... Your symptoms do not point to any particular diagnosis....could be sinusitis/ thyroid/ anaemia, etc. My suggestion is that you must consult a Good Homoeopath or a Good General Physician n get necessary investigations done to arrive at the diagnosis. Also the Homoeopath will take a detailed history and on that basis prescribe the best medicines....
