Consistent mild pain
I have been having pain around my left rib cage. The lower end. and pain in my left shoulder and left side of my neck. I am not sure if it is from sleeping wrong. please help

You need further evaluation. Consult orthopaedic doctor. It might be cervical spondylosis. Physiotheraphy might help
