Consistent blisering
I am suffering from OSMF. Quitted tobacco and areca nut 5 months ago. Taking Zavit once, Antoxid twice and Folvite thrice a day from last one and half months. Also, Vitamin d3 supplement once a week. Mouth opening is equivalent to the width of three fingers. Major problem is blistering on soft palate. It goes and comes back. It is very uncomfortable. It pains when I eat something. New blisters form as soon as I start eating something. Soft palate feels like a sandpaper when tounge gets in touch with it. I am currently consulting with an ENT surgeon. How to stop this blistering? Should I go for intralesional injections or should I change the doctor and go for a oral maxillofacial surgeon? Kindly suggest. Any references in Mumbai would be a great help.

Frequent blistering or ulcers seek an opinion with an ENT. The problem in OSMF is that the outer cover or technically called epithelium gets thinned out and hence the increased frequency of ulcers.
