Osmf grade II means pt has mouth opening in between 25-35mm. If mouth opening nearly 35mm n pt has no other symptoms like burning sensation while taking any hot n spicy foods then we can leave it.If pt has mouth opening less than 30mm n burning sensation then definitely he needs to take intralesional injections of steroids with hynidase. Pt must be stopped the all habits.
