It appears to be recurrent allergic rhinitis/sinus congestion. Minolast FX gives temporary relief but symptoms may return if the underlying allergy persists. You may continue steam inhalation 2–3 times daily, saline nasal drops/spray, and avoid dust, smoke, and cold exposure. If symptoms are persistent, an intranasal steroid spray may be required after examination by an ENT physician
