I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult time. Heartbreak and emotional pain can be overwhelming, but it's important to remember that you are not alone, and there are ways to cope with these feelings.
Acknowledge Your Emotions: It's okay to feel sad, angry, or frustrated. Allow yourself to experience these emotions without judgment. It's a natural part of the healing process.
Reach Out for Support: Even if you feel alone, there are people who care about you â friends, family, or mental health professionals. Talk to someone you trust about your feelings. Sharing your thoughts and emotions can provide relief.
Self-Care: Focus on self-care activities that bring you comfort and peace. Engage in hobbies, exercise, meditate, or practice relaxation techniques. Taking care of your physical and mental well-being can help alleviate some of the emotional pain.
Next Steps
Remember, it's okay to seek help and support. Don't hesitate to reach out to mental health professionals if you find it challenging to cope with your emotions on your own.
As you mentioned ( feeling extremely break from ) what does it mean ? It is my hunch either are you feeling hurt or depression guilt or any other emotion?
1We feel hurt when someone doesn't not behave as per our expectations or does not care about our feelings.
2.We feel depress when we experience loss , failure or undeserved plight and do self blame ,self as worthless, thought of uncaring or unfair behave from others.
3 Guilt is when we fail to live upto our moral values or go against moral values or hurt some one feelings.
First we have to find what are you exactly feeling, after this we have to work on particular emotion.
