Confusion about stone in ultrasound rep
My father is going to have lazer surgery for urinary bladder stone and prostate problem. But the surgeon said he will not do surgery for left kidney stone as it is very small which around 5.5mm but report also mentioned(as shown below) cortical cyst which he is saying that it is not a stone. We thought it is 15mm stone. Could you please clear us what is it? What should we do for it?

He just needs prostrate surgery and bladder stone removal.
As his left kidney stone is very small and doesn't require surgical intervention. Nothing to worry about cortical cyst.
