It's common to pass motion after each meal but if it's more often than usual then it may be due to IBD so I suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for treatment.. They may suggest you to do colonoscopy or stool examination..

I would advise you to drink ORS regularly along with the tablet you're currently having. Don't skip meals and have a liquid diet containing soups and juices, and increase the consistency of food to solid as per how you can tolerate it. Avoid spicy, oily, deep fried, greasy and junk food as it will worsen the condition. If the condition is persistent or worsens, kindly visit the nearest ER.
