Confused whether it is pregnancy or not.

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hello mam I was on duphaston and susten tabs where I had a faint positive test....my hcg levels were from 17 and next to 21...was continuing with the duphaston and susten as I had scant bleeding which stopped after some days....I had transvaginal scan which showed no gestational sac....and the hcg is 4.5...please suggest what can be done....
