Confirmation of cyst

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My age is 26 nd I'm going to marry . My periods are irregular. My USG reports results are " borderline enlarged with multiple small peripheral follicles. Right ovary:39x20mm, left ovary :33x15mm. " I want to know whether my reports are normal or otherwise I have to take any medicines.
