HYPERTENSION FROM 23(AGE) & NOW I'M 26

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have hypertension from my 20th age and start medication from since 23yrs(tab-olmezest40mg). but my blood pressure is not yet in control, it rises suddenly and leads to fatigue mostly in stressful conditions. Neuro,nephro&cardiac checkups were negative I cant,t run or use stairs. i can't control my tension in any kind of pressure situations.
