Confetti like hypopigmentation

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have a light brown skin tone but my arms are much darker than my whole body with lighter dots of the same color as the rest of my body. I ignored it until I came across with a picture captioned "confetti like hypopigmentation" which looked exactly like my arms so is this condition treatable? I couldn't find much ab it online. Thank you
