There was no need to stop the medicine in the first place. Please continue taking concor and do not skip doses, unless advised by a doctor. Concor has no interactions with the vaccine and does not affect vaccine efficacy.

Concor 2.5 is actually Bisoprolol, which belongs to the class of Beta blockers, used in treating hypertension (high blood pressure) and it has a protective effect on heart. There was no indication to stop the medicine at all and so for no guidelines had mentioned to do so. You should have taken the medicine even on the day of vaccination.
Next Steps
Resume taking the medicine regularly

Vaccination is not an indication to withhold your antihypertensives. Resume taking the tablets.
