Concerned about HRCT radiation

I am a 33 years old female.I had one hrct chest 1.5 years ago during covid and I had one more hrct chest recently which fortunately came normal however people say now that it can cause cancer in future. Is it true to some extent ?

You get enough radiation due to environmental pollution. So you don't need any HRCT. You can get cancer otherwise also. There are many more risk factors, not related to HRCT
