Hello doctor,my son is 3.5years old.his weight is 3.7kgs.
Since many days he is having loose stools like semi solid once in a day and lot of gas.No stomachache or anything.otherwise active and eats everything.
Pls tell what can be the reason ?

If stool is watery only u have to worry..semi solid stool is normal. Give some probiotics. Plenty of water.
